Hundreds of satisfied customers have taken my fitness training classes to date, and Target Fit Camp is suitable for people of all fitness levels.

Target Fit Camp consists of three 45 minute cutting edge exercise training sessions per week over a four week period.

My science-based nutrition plans will ensure you get the best possible results from fitness training. I am 100 per cent focused on real, measurable results. At Target Fit, I’m aware not everyone is the same. This is why I set goals and targets that you can achieve.

I’ve extensive experience studying and working as a health and fitness trainer. I can help you:
